« Des Roziers »
« Des Roziers » est un projet musical mené par Martin Widmer. Dans la continuation de son travail avec la photographie et le texte, « Des Roziers » permet à l’artiste genevois de prolonger son travail tout en renouant avec sa pratique musicale, très féconde jusqu’à la fin des années 2000. Fortement marqué par sa collaboration avec le chanteur Christophe, sa rencontre avec Brian Eno ainsi que les lectures publiques de ses propres poèmes et textes qui lui ont redonnées goût à la performance vocale, Widmer débute ce nouveau projet en 2020.
Celui-ci, diffusé sous forme de vidéos réalisées par l’artiste, regroupe ses trois médiums de prédilection : l’image, le texte et la musique.

« Des Roziers »
"Des Roziers" is a musical project led by Martin Widmer. In the continuation of his work with photography and text, "Des Roziers" allows the Geneva artist to extend his work while reconnecting with his musical practice, very fruitful until the end of the 2000. Strongly marked by his collaboration with the singer Christophe, his meeting with Brian Eno as well as his own public readings of his poems and texts which gave him a taste for vocal and public performance, Widmer begins this new project in 2020.This musical project, broadcast in the form of videos produced by the artist, brings together his three favorite mediums: image, text and music.
